Firstly there was no upselling nor persuasion nor hidden information when I needed a loan. The staff are non judgemental, caring and compassionate, they ensured that the repayments were affordable, and use a brilliant savings method alongside repayments so that I am in a better position at the end of the repayment period - absolutely brilliant !
