Great customer service

I’ve been with HSBC for over a decade and think their customer service is great. Their banking app is really easy to use and I’ll certainly be sticking with them. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Great Account

Love this account. Class debit card that is accepted worldwide. Never have any issues when on line or on High Street when I’m making a purchase and staff in branches are always so helpful. Digital Banking experience is wow. Love banking here. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

worst banking experience

All the local high street banks are always closing down, and saving money, getting rid of jobs when they have billions themselves. Its become hard to access banks, and the people at middle age to the elderly have to travel by bus or taxi as they can't walk to any bank's any more like everyone used to. Also there is always one customer assistant, and we have to wait in long queues. All UK banks are the worst banks in the world!!!!! Reviewed on: 17th February 2021

User friendly

Having been an unsatisfied customer of RBS for over 10 years HSBC has been like a breath of fresh air easy to deal with and speedy customer service both online and on the phone. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

They block legitimate online debit card payments at a whim - disgraceful!

They, without good cause, have declined legitimate debit card transactions made to accounts held by me with other well known High St. banks on a 'spot check' basis, and give NO valid reason (because they have none). They need to remember who's money it is! Reviewed on: 31st January 2021

Seamless Transition
