Disappointed LONG-STANDING customer

Have banked with them since 2002, will be closing account soon following the political and discriminating face-mask announcement that accounts will be closed if clients don't wear masks. Client services have deteriorated significantly in recent years. Reviewed on: 18th January 2021

Behind the trend

Their app and online stuff is so far behind all other banks. Such a mission to do anything. The insurance offering isn’t very flexible. Have to choose 3 options. Maybe we just weren’t the right fit Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

HSBC - cheque

My father in law wanted to close his account and moved his moved to me for safe keeping, same surname HSBC blocked the account, which is great, but why, the cheque was to the same surname not someone else, I agree it was in case it was fake etc, anyway, now the account is blocked! account suspended, no access and no explanation

ignore you do not listen do not care/ don't attempt to think they are reasonable or helpful.

uncaring -obstructive do not listen to complaints will give you the run around /pretend they dont know what you are asking. May sort any problems in decades if ever? PLEASE DONT OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM REGRETS YOU WILL HAVE MORE THAN A FEW! Reviewed on: 6th September 2020
