I find HSBC to be unhelpful when i visit the branch. The other banks i bank with are much more helpful, but HSBC just dont seem to want to help. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Online banking is seamless and easy to navigate.

Online banking is seamless and easy to navigate. Paying in cheques, simple and easy to use. Accounts all laid out clearly on home page. Doesn’t try to sell me products. I love the option to hide my regular saver from view if I want so that I’m not tempted to dip into it, that’s a great idea! Never had to use customer service as service has been faultless. Texts if I use my overdraft, notifications for withdrawals and deposits, keeps me in control of my finances. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
