Positive Experience

I recently switched to HSBC and I am very happy I did, I thought switching banks would be difficult but it was easy and they put my mind at ease. Fairly consistent service

HSBC Advance telephone service is very good but trying to get stuff through the post isn't always easy! I've had missing statements as well as key pad for accessing the internet. Reviewed on: 29th April 2020

Almost famous

HSBC is great when it comes to proactively calling you about security issues as well as very good at customer suppport. Not perfect because waiting times for support may sometimes be very long and not famous because they gradually downgrade existing clients by removint key services from their account bundle.
