Traditional Bank pushing for the Future.

Traditional Bank Account with very little benefits. With the advent of the internet and online banking apps, to many high street banks are closing down. The older generation are not to alert to online applications and would rather still visit a ‘Rare’ local branch to speak to staff. Used to have a local branch but now need to travel 20+ miles to visit a branch to speak to a real person. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2019

Helpfull and efficient

I has recently to misplace or lose my main credit card. Immediately went to my local branch - asked to speak to an advisor regarding the problem. Waited approximately 2 minutes - explained loss. Immediate hold on the card, a check of my account for any recent withdrawls (checking validity). And issue of a new card which arrived within 3 days.
