Technology lacking however solid bank

I find the app to be quite dated in both decor and usability compared to the barclays app, however it has paym so works perfectly fine, they should take some design tips from apps like revolut! Reviewed on: 26th November 2019

15 years of good service

I have been with HSBC ever since I arrived in the UK. I went with them after an appalling experience with Barclays. Over the years I have tried many other banks, but they've all let me down in some way. HSBC is the only one that has had consistently good service. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019
