App doesnt do anything

App only allows you to view details, not change anything. Online banking times out if you try and do more than one thing. Although that must mean your money is very secure as you can’t even access it yourself! Reviewed on: 12th January 2020

'Alright'

I have been with my bank for over 30 years. I have never had any problems with them. I have thought of changing banks to get 'rewards' but then can't really do with the hassle. However, I would like some rewards from my bank. Reviewed on: 30th December 2019

Helpful when needed

I have been with HSBC for 41 years, very scary but I have never had a problem with their service, they have been helpful when I needed them to be. When I had a £500 cash point failure at Christmas they were helpful and kept me informed on the progress. The staff are helpful and friendly when I visit. You can now do so much on line and even pay in cheques up to £500. I have looked at changing but see no benefit in doing so. Reviewed on: 24th December 2019
