Switching to Nationwide was the best decision ever I switched to Nationwide a few years ago after poor service from a bank I had been with for over 40 years. It was the best decision I have ever made. Reviewed on: 21st July 2025

Good but could be better

Easy to manage on line but a hassle if you have to visit a branch.Abysmal interest. Reviewed on: 5th February 2020

Stores my money and keeps it safe

Easy to deal with via internet banking and paying in my income. Savings interest could be better as it is not supposed to be a for profit bank. Always helpful and never had a problem in all the years I have had accounts with them Reviewed on: 5th February 2020

I love how quick and secure they are

Anytime money moves from my account an immediate text following asking if I had done so, therefore I’m actually very secure and customer service is always polite and ready to help in any situation ! And also thank you for the chance to win Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Best service and perks for a low monthly fee

Can't fault them

I've had my flexaccount with Nationwide for around twenty years and have never had any problems. I always recieve a text message to let me know if I am going to go overdrawn so that I can move money around. Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Have used their services,Inc.a mortgage when in UK. For approx.21years.

Helpful, knowledgeable and personable

Me and my partner went in to Nationwide to enquire about accounts that Nationwide have. The lady explained in detail every account, product and service they have. We spoke about our finances and she gave us the best options to suit us, how to go about applying for them and when to get different products they offer. She had explained all of this in detail to maximise our gain from Nationwide. We now hold 3 accounts with Nationwide, 2 savers, 2 ISA and have since been happy with the services they provide. With banks becoming non existant, she had advised us the best ways of internet banking, post office services and other Nationwide banks near to us.
