Great customer service

Good service from local Lincoln branch

Not had a Nationwide current account for long, but I have found the local branch very helpful, particularly with regards to transferring money for car purchase. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Flexible banking with a human face

I've had accounts wth Nationwide for years. They products they offer are straightforward and always good value compared to competitors. They also still have a branch in my local high street and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Online banking is great but sometimes you need a person and Nationwide provides that. Great app banking

Really good building society

Been with nationwide for many years, have not had any problems with them. They run competitions and ask for customer participation to help deliver better services tonits customers. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Excellent bank account

I have never had any problems with Nationwide. It is so easy to do everything I need to do with their bank account and I love the spare change facility which rounds up recent transactions and puts the spare change into your savings account. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
