Temperamental

On line banking app isn’t very reliable it freezes often and can be awkward to get into Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Good

App is wasy to navigate. Good for savings. Having to use the cardreader for new transactions can be tedious but makes it secure I guess. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

I used to use them find much better

Used them for a number of years and when ever there was an issue they were always difficult to deal with. There app was poor too compared to other bank out there. Wouldn’t go back unless they changed there app user experience and wouldn’t recommend either Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

yes I would encourage nationwide to family and friends
