Reliable and ethical banking

I know I can trust Nationwide to do the right thing for me as a member. On the rare occasion I've had a problem they have come back to me with compensation without me even adking for any. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Banking as banking should be

From when I first had an account I felt confident that they would look after me as a customer / member. There have been a couple of incidents where matters have not gone right but every effort was made to resolve the issue in the shortest possible time with little disruption to account access .
