Offers good service & competitive products.

I find their staff friendly & helpful at keeping updated about new products, offering appointments with an adviser as necessary. Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

good customer service

I have been with this bank for a number of years. I am very pleased with the competitive interest rate offered for the 123 Account. Initially on set up of the account it took a little longer than desired to receive my cheque book to gain access to my money - this was very quickly dealt with and I was offered a substantial amount of money (I think) for compensation for my inconvenience. This has happened on another occasion when I wasn't happy and again rewarded in money for my inconvenience. I think , for me, they are a very understanding bank and I am very happy with both interest rate and customer service. Changed to Santander last year after 40 years woth same High Street bank.

Before I did not receive any interest on my current account Since changing to Santander I can earn 3 per cent on up to £20,000. I also get paid a sum for paying direct debits from the account. There is a fee of £5 per month. It is early days yet but so far so good! Reviewed on: 12th February 2016
