Not as attractive as it used to be

I haven't had any problems at all with my account, so can't comment on customer service from that side, so that's good. Mostly positive, my only criticism it that the account isn't as attractive as when I first joined due to the introduction of a monthly account fee. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Fantastic account

Santander 123 account offer multiple benefits. i get 1% back on my Santander mortgage along with cashback from my household bills. The in-app offers at retailers and food outlets are an excellent benefit as i can get money back from eating out and going places with the family. I would definitely recommend this Santander account.
