Top quality

Despite the monthly fee, it is well worthwhile if you pay bills from your account. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Worth monthly fee for great interest rates

Even with the £5 per month charge, the 123 account is still a great place for savers with 3% interest on balances up to £20k. We also make use of the cash back on our utilities and travel/petrol monthly expenses. Reviewed on: 5th November 2017

123 great for cash

123 current account

Cash back on utilities comms and council tax. They did pay 3% in savings but reduced it to 1.5 %. The monthly charge increased from £2 to £5 meaning it’s not the great choice it once was and with interest rates increasing there may now be far better options available.. i have no complaints about the bank or their customer service however, they have never let me down. Free 4 year railcard

Best bank we have ever used

Every thing about this bank 123 account is first class. and he bank staff are also first class as well. But on the business side they are very very poor maybe i would give then 2 stars Reviewed on: 4th October 2017

So far so good

Switched to Santander 4 months ago when my building society stopped doing current accounts. With interest rates so low I was attracted by the rate I would get on my balances and the cash back. The switch went smoothly and running the account on-line is straight forward. Had a couple of issues that needed customer support and I was satisfied with the speed and quality of response.
