Explains everything very clearly

Found this company online. It was very easy to get cover straight away as the online forms explained everything very clearly and was easy to fill In. Just had to e sign all the documents after I got my quote and I was covered to drive straight away. When I did speak to someone from the company they were very very helpful and quick with sorting the mistake out that I made. Just had to set up a direct debt and then I could get driving again. Paperwork not accounted for

Most things were fine but I ended up having to send my llicence and my no claims bonus on 3 separate occasions. And this was after me holding one off your ladies on the phone while she opened my mail and confirmed she had them the first time I sent them. I did this because I was leaving too Africa on holiday the next day. Then I received 2 threatening letters via email telling me they were going to cancel my insurance if I didn't send this paperwork in despite the fact I had already . Normally not a problem except I was and still am on safari in Africa and to put it bluntly it was a pain in the ass to get it send from there with very limited internet access.. Good, prompt service at a good price

My policy was set up immediately and I wasn’t even put on hold when I rang up. Brightside were the best quote online and delivered a very transparent policy that’s simple and comprehensive. Excellent Value and Easy to Buy

Easily the best value car insurance and the effort required to purchase was not too high. I had to contact customer service twice but was dealt with politely and quickly after quite lengthy waits on the phone. Site is easily navigated but could do with a little improvement with confirmations and methods of uploading documents required. Reviewed on: 5th October 2017

Helpful and knowledgable

Used this company for the first time and found them very easy to talk to and very helpful. One negative is that when I tried to get on their website, I had a warning on my PC that the site was not safe as no security certificate. This did worry me, but in the end I just chanced it as their quote via one of the comparison sites was very good, so I got the number and called them instead.
