The only thing I can ask to improve would be higher interest savings rates for long serving memberships, ISA fixed rates could also be improved. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

I am pleased with the savings side but not so sure about getting my money out, I was told I needed by me of your staff, I needed to send a letter with a copy of my bank statement to you in order to get my money in my bank. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023
