By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Car Insurance the way it should be

I am a car driver, HGV driver and cyclist so I wanted an insurance policy that catered directly for my needs. The flexibility of paying for car miles and then being able to switch to bike without penalty is as it should be for insurance policies.
