By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Fair prices and excellent customer service

After being quotes horrific amounts by other companies it was real relief to find by miles. You don’t have to navigate frustrating websites and endless inflexible online forms. My situation was not straightforward but an extremely pleasant and helpful customer service representative listened carefully and tailored a policy to my needs at a very good price - £800 less than the previous cheapest quote! I receive monthly accounts and mileage details and they even emailed to warn me that my battery was getting low during lockdown! I joined by miles last year and would not change back to other insurers. I was quoted £800 for my car which was ridiculous as I had been driving 30 years without a claim or accident. I came across by miles on the Internet and got a quote amazing price, I paid £150 upfront then pay monthly for the miles I drive. After working it out it came to only £250 a year fully comp with business thrown in. A lot different to £800 staff are very good. Thank you By Miles Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

The dogs whatsits....

I was indeed sceptical about the insurance. I mean, "how can my monthly direct be £3.55 for car insurance? I gave it a go...and was not disappointed!!! They're the real deal, 100% kosher and absolutely the dogs whatsits. I will not be needing to look for another insurer EVER! So happy I took the chance on them...you should too.
