By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Highly recommended insurance company

Finally, I have found an insurance company which benefits us low-mile drivers. I always felt I was overcharged for the amount I actually drive my car but not with By Miles. Not only do they provide a great price but to date their customer service has been very high quality. The queries I have had have been answered very quickly and by very friendly staff. Their app also makes the whole experience with them high quality too. From being able to quickly talk to advisors on it, to even being able to find my car, the app provides much more than any other insurance app I have used. Would HIGHLY recommend! Been with by miles for 2 years now and they are absolutely perfect in the way they run things. I especially like the fact that if there is a problem no matter how small you can talk to someone via messaging service pretty instantly. Absolutely amazing company would recommend to everyone. For lower mileage customers you could not do better than by miles and all the customer service interactions I’ve had have been first class and great news if you recommend someone else yourself and they get a bonus cash amount credit for your miles..., Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

Good concept to pay per mile driven, especially for drivers like me who don't drive many miles a year, big savings, big thumbs up! Looking forward to any future developments around low mileage drivers, maybe an insurance tax rebate for not driving too much which contributes to cleaner environment. Reviewed on: 11th August 2020
