Modern fairer insurance

By Miles have been great, anytime I've had to contact them they've been super helpful. Only paying per mile for insurance feels much fairer & having the option to use as many miles as I want provides peace of mind. The app feels modern and has other helpful features like the error code checker. I don't see myself ever using another provider in the future. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Value for money Car insurance

What can I say I took a chance with this company with this different concept and it worked. My car insurance costs have plummeted and the true test of the costs was during the pandemic, whereby other insurance costs were high although there was hardly any driving involved, mine was low since I wasn’t driving my vehicle so my costs reflected this. It the first time I felt comfortable to carry on with the same insurance company after a year also, that alone is a big moment for me. I would advise anyone (especially in London) to look at this new way of measuring car insurance costs, it a game changer. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

I have just renewed my car insurance policy with By Miles again. By far the best for customer service, price and the economy. Staff are warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The price per mile helps you to be aware of the impact your driving has on the environment as you know how much you drive your car and is so reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Thank you By Miles!
