By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

An insurance company unlike any other!

No one likes to pay out for insurance. You’re paying hundreds and not physically seeing or touching anything! Nasty! But with ByMiles, they takeaway that stung by having rock bottom prices and top notch customer service. I still don’t like paying for insurance but I’d rather pay ByMiles than anyone else! Terrific value! Instead of sitting in the garage or on the drive way and paying car insurance for seven days and not needing it for four or five days i'm paying only for the mileage that i use.After an initial payment upfront for the insurance which was nearly half the cost that i was quoted i am thrilled with the results so far. Amazing customer service: Swift, friendly and efficient

I reached out to customer service team more than couple of times to check details about my insurance policy and changing my insurance provider. The team has been amazing with their support. I spoke to 4 different customer service agents and you can definitely see the company culture reflected through these people providing a great service. Why pay for my car to sit on the drive

I’ve been a customer of By miles for nearly 2 years now. I own a car as it’s a necessity where I live, but do very few miles per year. When I discovered By Miles it was perfect for my needs. I now only pay for the mileage I do. My annual premium has halved and it’s been the perfect solution during lockdown when the car was barely used at all. Their customer service are always quick to respond in a timely and friendly manner and the App is super easy to use and keeps track on my journeys and monthly spend. Since I don't drive my car much I was looking for an alternative as I always thought I am over paying for my insurance. By miles is perfect for me for doing super market shopping runs and one or two odd long drives. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
