By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Good tech and customer service

From the outset I thought this was an interesting concept, and it's helped me to be more mindful of when I drive and how frequently, often prompting me to consider whether it's necessary. Perhaps strangely I like getting the cost summary at the end of a trip to see how many miles I've done and what it's cost. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Really convenient Option

Cheap prices do not mean cheap service!

I was very excited when I saw how cheap my insurance would be based on how many miles I drive on average. Although I was sceptical about how good the service and app would be. I was swiftly proven wrong as the process to purchase was smooth sailing. The app is also great (I work in IT and can appreciate how much effort goes into making an app as seamless as theirs is!).
