By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I didn’t know what to expect about this insurance company. Sounded too good to be true - but it really wasn’t! I feel that bymiles combats a lot of things; Global warming ( you’re conscious of the pointless journeys you take) it has a car medic, which helped me understand what was wrong with my car before a mechanic came and I Just love to be in control of how I’m spending my money.
