By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Very Helpful and Friendly Service

ByMiles customer service is very friendly and helpful whenever I have run into any difficulties, such as once when the tracker no longer worked. A replacement came very promptly with an envelope to return the defective tracker. Their response has been similar at other times when I have needed help. I very much like that I only have to pay a lowish flat premium and for monthly journey's, with no charge if I only have very short journeys in the month. It is very economical compared to off the peg policies where I have to pay a large premium no matter how much or little I use my car. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

I’m very happy with By mile car insurance,it’s very cheap if you don’t do many miles,I use to pay £80 per month with other car insurance now I’m paying around £25 per month with By Miles and customer service is great,very friendly staff.Happy days Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

When I first saw By Miles insurance advertised it sounded too good to be true. Being quite sinical about insurance companies I spent a few hours before I purchased my policy looking for a catch, there isn't one. ByMiles are professional and helpful. I had problems attaching my tracking device and they spent time to send me out instructions.
