By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I never considered any Pay as you go car insurance company before I signed contract with By Miles. Some said pay as you go won't be cheap and tracking system matters for privacy. However, By Miles shows its convenience and reliability for me. 24 hours online customer service and quick response for claim or enquiry are very impressive. For me, a car owner but don't need to commute for hours everyday. By Miles is good choice for sure. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

The app is easy to use, it enables me to track my mileage, cost effective and good service. The added bonus is when forgot where I parked my car and I was able to login to the app and check the postcode so that helped me locate my car. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
