Never thought I'd be this happy to recommend Car Insurance!

By Miles is a great example of a company that is run by ordinary people who want to disrupt an often unfair industry with no alternatives - and have done it so well! I love that I don't pay unless I use my car, which is a city car for small and rare trips. I love the way the company is run, how they communicate with me and how easy it is to track your journeys. Genuinely happy to recommend them to friends and family. Pay as you go!

I have been a customer of "By Mile" car insurance for two years now, and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. One of the major advantages of this insurance is its affordability. The quotes I received from other companies were twice as expensive as what "By Mile" offered me. Their mileage-based payment system is incredibly useful, allowing me to pay based on the actual distance I drive. Even better, if I haven't used up all of my allocated mileage, they provide refunds. I must admit that in my previous year, I was charged additionally for driving more than I had initially declared. However, despite that, "By Mile" insurance still turned out to be cheaper than any other company I considered. Overall, "By Mile" has proven to be a cost-effective and convenient choice for my car insurance needs, and I highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Started off well

The first year the rate per mile was very reasonable at 2.7p. At renewal the rate went to 11.7. A completely exorbitant escalation. I refused to accept the new deal and took my business elsewhere Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Paying per mileage is a novel idea

Modern car insurance

I think this is how modern car insurance should work. It very easy to achieve nearly everything through the app including reaching out to customer service, renew and update insurance.
