By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Brilliant concept, pay as you go. Ideal for low mileage drivers. App easy to navigate, especially for oldies like me. and contains all information needed about my account. Friendly occasional emails giving useful driving tips for hot/cold weather driving. Easy to contact a ‘real person’ if necessary by phone, live chat or email. Emails answered promptly. Cannot comment on claims procedure, thankfully haven’t had the need to submit a claim. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

By Miles are the best car insurance company I’ve used in over 20yrs of driving. Efficient, helpful, friendly and practical…just how insurance should be. I previously wasted silly money on traditional policies after trying to guess my mileage but paying a small amount, by the mile for the miles actually driven is such a genius idea & I can’t see myself changing insurance providers in the future. This is an amazing insurance company you literally pay every time you use your car so if you don't use your car toy won't have to pay and we all know how much we have used our cars this last year not a lot! Another is they never up the charges by a massive amount like most car insurance company's and they always email to let me know they have taken the monthly amount out I can't rate it enough really pleased is an understatement Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

In all the years battling with comparisons websites to find the best car insurance, I’m extremely happy and relieved to have finally found By Miles which not only has excellent quotes but also great customer service. It’s what’s most important anyway, how they handle your queries and how fast they do it. Everytime I contacted them, I was very satisfied with how they handled my queries. This is the first year I have been with By Miles and I wish I knew about these guys earlier. Their team are outstanding and the best bar none. Had a problem with a bank payment and I messaged on the app and got an instant reply within minutes my payment was sorted with no hassles. Changed my plates and within the hour the team at By amiles had it transfered and plates could be fitted. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants cheap inauwithhe security of great customer service knowing someone is always there to help with anything. Keep up the good work Team.
