By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Renewed this year at a cheaper price than last year for the same car, same circumstance, same level NCD - I’ve never had that from any other insurance company before. Easy decision and simple to renew. Also received some genuinely good mailers in the first year - just occasional emails with tips/updates to do with motoring in general. Can’t recommend By Miles highly enough - in an ideal scenario, insurance should be money for “nothing”, but I I’m glad to say it takes the sting out a lot when the service is so good and the pricing is fair, transparent and rewarding.
