By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I am very very happy with By Miles , policy , application and payment methods , pay what you have used , really helped me save at least £200 per year , with great app to track your miles and charges per each trip.. Having recently purchasing a new car in March, I was shopping around for new insurance quotes when I stumbled across BY MILES, I got a quick reply back in 5 mins, and was absolutely amazed with their offer so much to the point I thought this can’t be right, so I did it again and got the same offer, leaving my ex insurance company of 2 years and going with by miles was a absolute no brainer, almost 7 months down the line and I couldn’t be happier, ive gone from a 1.2 to a 1.6 and pay a fraction of the price & I also love the app, it’s perfect, tells you everything thing you need to know, love looking at my journeys, I have already recommended them to all friends and family and would recommend them to anyone else, Good luck by miles, on the choice awards, you’ve definitely got my vote Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

The future of car insurance

Thank you ByMiles for disrupting an outdated and dysfunctional way to buy car insurance. As someone who only uses my car on weekends i love that i am paying to insure my car when i am actually driving it rather than an insurer guessing how much i use it and charging me based on a national average. You've saved me a bundle this past year! Being able to track the cost of my journeys via the app helps me budget, and the discreet little tracker is also mega handy for those occasions where i forget where i've parked (and also for piece of mind should anyone decide they want to drive away with it). Thanks for giving me the same cover as other insurers, but cheaper, personalised to my individual use, with real-time updates and lovely helpful emails too.
