By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Brilliantly simple and perfectly executed car insurance!

As a low mileage driver it seems to make perfect sense that my premium is at least in some way proportional to my road usage and thats exactly what bymiles delivers. My premiums are so much lower as a result but customer service remains excellent. The app including journey tracking, car diagnostics etc is brilliant whilst billing is clear and easy to understand. The bonus of free miles when you recommend someone is also a huge bonus. Would recommend them to anyone who does medium to low mileage. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

For me this insurance provider is very good ..I pay less than a half of what I used tobpay and it makes you conscious of how much driving you do which actually makes you walk for short journeys and therefore better on the environment..I am very happy Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Perfect for people who work away

I work away, so my car can go months with very little use (only ran once or twice a week by partner mostly with occasional trips). So when a monthly payment of less than £1 (on average) comes out, I can't complain! When I'm home it is still very competitive. Works out super cheap for me over the year, so would recommend. I am 74 years old and feel that car insurers increase premiums for someone my age. I did a price comparison and Just Miles came out top for me and my 3 year old Audi A4. I feel very well looked after and I've significantly reduced the cost of my car insurance. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
