By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great service, flexible and good value

I have been so happy with bymiles that for the first time when it came to the end of my year I didn't even bother looking to switch. The live chat service people are great, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The service is really transparent, has clear pricing and is flexible to changing circumstances in your life, from being couped up in lockdown to new Flexi working when it all started opening again. Good choice to high premium postcode insurance

Just normal insurance company. The difference is black box and telemetrics insurance but it gives boost in towns where insurance is too high. Like London etc. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
