By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great service by the mile

By miles makes a simple promise, you pay a fixed cost for insuring your car when parked, then you pay monthly per mile you drive. What more could you want? The prices are fair, the customer service when I’ve messaged is great. The app is super transparent about what/when/where, and to boot you have all documents in tow on your phone. Im not a 'low mileage driver', but my mate recommended "By miles" to me. I read the description, and thought lets see how it goes cause it sounds great. So far I LOVE it!!! this insurance is AMAZING. It displays how many miles you have been driving and the cost giving you a heads up to plan and ensure you have the money each month. The customer service is on point, eveyone is kind hearted and lovely to communicate with. I had no issues so far and i have been already recommending this insurance to many people as possible!
