By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Amazing for low mileage driving

Given the restrictions the UK has faced since March 2020, along with financial difficulties for many people, being able to save on car insurance escalated more than usual. Knowing you can save money and track your spending is a fantastic option to have! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Best car insurance I have ever had

I can honestly say that ByMIles is the best car insurance I have ever had. My previously policies were expensive and most had really poor customer service. With ByMIles I have managed to save a few hundred pounds and am really impressed by the customer service. ByMiles respond back to any queries quickly through their app which means I am not having to waste time on the phone. The cost of my insurance has automatically reduced every year so I know I am getting the best deal. It doesn't feel like new customers are being prioritised and that everyone is being provided the best price and service throughtout. I am also impressed by the comms/emails from ByMiles. I especially like the tips at the end of the emails and have even tried one of the recipes. Overall I am very happy with ByMiles and would definetly recommend. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
