By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

As a low mileage driver, I have saved a lot of money through By Miles compared to traditional insurance. The daily cap has also been useful for occasional road trips. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Best way of providing Car Insurance for Everyone

The idea behind By Miles is truly excellent, only paying for the Miles you do is something the Government should look at as a way of making the people who use the roads most pay a higher proportion towards the upkeep of our roads. By Miles customer care is second to none and a rare thing for me to say the software on their computer system works perfectly!!! all things being equal they are an outstanding example for the rest to follow. Such a clever idea!

I have enjoyed being with By Miles. It is so much better than pre determining miles a year in advance (I chose 6,000 for my first year of insurance and only used 2,000)! I also had some difficulty with getting the tracker on my car to work and the team were incredibly helpful and I appreciated it massively. I would definitely recommend them, especially for new drivers. It also helps being able to pay a good sum at the start of the year and then smaller amounts throughout. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

First year with By miles and dont plan on leaving. Absolutely brilliant from setting up the insirance to been on the other end of the phone and email when needed.
