By Miles has been the best insurance provider I've had to date. It is so easy to get in touch with them from the app and they are extremely helpful. They always make sure your query is resolved. Also I haven't used my car as much as usual this last year and the cost of my insurance has massively reduced and I've saved a lot of money compared to other premiums. Like myself if you do local miles or travel for work locally this policy is amazing.. the pay per mile app lets you keep tabs on how many miles you travel daily and also how much it has cost you. Because of this app it has made me budget in other aspects of my life also which has helped me save and overall be shrewd about my outgoings! It also provides you with cover for business travel i honestly think if you are a low mileage person like me then its a no brainer to have this policy Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
