By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great insurance company first you will always find someone online, or in your app, to give guidance in over coming any problems ,or misunderstanding of how to operate the app your tracking device, health check on your car. By Miles has been perfect for me during the time I’ve been working from home and driving much less! I was initially worried about paying per mile, but it has still worked out far cheaper than any other quotes I received. I am likely to renew my policy with them this year (this will be a first!) Cheap and straightforward

By Miles gave me the best price, but without some of the usual dirty tricks other cheap companies use, like huge excesses or options to cancel your insurance. The system of charging monthly for usage means my insurance payment is spread out over the year, but without any interest. I haven't needed to make a claim, so I can't say how good they are in that situation. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I have renewed with these guys for a 2nd time. Such a great concept to just pay for the miles that you do especially now I’m working from home! No huge premium monthly payments. Honest and affordable car insurance. Whoever I contact them on their live chat they are so easy to deal with and always exceed by expectations when dealing with customer service!
