By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

When I first signed up to By Miles I was skeptical about how it would work, but in truth it’s been the best car insurance provider I’ve had so far. Been with by Miles for over a year now and it just gets better . Cost of mileage has reduced so its even less than last year . Bill average is about £9 per month compared to £70 which was the cheapest comparison quote so that's a massive saving of £61 .. Business insurance also included in that . Absolutely brilliant ! I love By Miles simply because I’m being charged for the miles I am driving! Nice and fair. No worrying with renewals as they give you the cheapest quote they can, no haggling needed. I have tried to convert my family but sadly they think it’s all too good to be true.
