By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great value for low mileage.

Best value car insurance for those that drive less often than average. It's been great during lockdowns and furlough! Also the app gives car health info and helps find it if stolen or lost! It would be great to have a short term upgrade option to use it on longer journeys for example a weekend vacation without being penalised for going over the cap on mileage. Cant get any fairer. The lower the miles the lower cost. Ideal for me and my commute to work and back. Also an easy understandable app to track my miles and my monthly payments. By miles is spot on. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Great purchase

I have always bought fully comp insurance and have never made a claim (40+years). My last insurer quoted me over £600 fully comp for a small car. I haven't paid that much with By Miles in two years, plus their customer service response time for me has never been more than 30 minutes and they will do their utmost to answer all questions fully.
