By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I only recently discovered ByMiles when my previous insurance policy was due for renewal. I was amazed by how much more competitive the premium was than any other quote l could find. It was straight forward an easy to obtain the fully comprehensive cover l needed online, and having the tracker is useful to know how much mileage l am using. The telephone assistants are friendly and helpful, and answer promptly without having to listen to hours of music as with other insurance providers.!!! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I have had a really good experience with by miles. I don’t drive alot so it works out much cheaper than a standard policy. I also had a windscreen replaced by them and it was a simple and straightforward process. I can track my mileage each month and if I feel like my costs are higher than my budget then I stop using my car for a few days. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

The fairest way I know of for low mileage drivers and the first time EVER my premium went DOWN on renewal. Changing to a new car took seconds on the app, which has many helpful sections. Do not miss out. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
