Suits me perfectly

Due to illness I’m unable to travel far or long so this type of policy suits me very well. My monthly payments are in line with how many miles I’ve down so my bills are in turn very low which I’m very happy about. And customer service is also very fast and effective as I’ve had to contact them to inform them When the cars been in for repair or MOT and it’s very fast. No waiting on the call it’s all available online which again suits me better. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Amazing company

Finally a company that isn’t out to rip you off! I’ve drove for 20+ years and this is by far the cheapest and easiest insurance company I’ve dealt with. The little box plugs into the car easily and you get to see where you’ve been and how many miles you’ve drove via the app. It also doesn’t go off how you drive! Amazing work Bymiles thank you. Why did I not get this earlier

Brilliant Idea

This is such a brilliant idea. It's crazy that I would pay the same premium as someone with the same vehicle as mine who drives daily and 100k miles a year when I drive rarely and no more than 4k miles a year. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

The best insurance company I used

I have been with By Miles for a year and I love it. I have saved money on traditional insurance, I have a record of all my individual trips - very useful for work- and whenever I've contacted Customer service the response has been prompt and to the point.Added to that, my premium and mileage rate have both come down considerably for next year -it made my day! The insurance I have been waiting 10 years for

Pay-per-mile. Such a simple idea, executed flawlessly. Pay for what you use; how you pay for early everything else. Because of the way I use my car, By Miles is perfect for my lifestyle, made even better when COVID forced working from home to become the normal. By Miles are a fantastic, app based company, with an easy to use app and clear and transparent costs. With a spending cap, even when I need to drive more than expected I still end up spending less than I would with any other insurer. Their customer service has been impressive too.
