By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

No hassle car insurance

Mislead on the quote about the OBD tracker and terrible customer service

Mislead on the OBD tracker and terrible customer service. During my quote I wasn't shown that the OBD when placed will have to keep the OBD panel open for the whole time which will expose all the wires and fuses. The customer service were like robots very rude reading a script that I was shown this during my quote which is not true. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Love the flexibility of the monthly instalments, as an under 25 driver, all other quotes from insurance companies were obviously ridiculously inflated due to my age despite having 4 years no claims. But with bymiles the £25.99 fixed rate per month is ideal, then add on the pay per mile flexibility it works a dream. Previously paid up to £90pcm with my old insurance company, with bymiles I’ve been paying between £35-£45pcm. Very good idea and can easily see why so many of their customers are just as happy as I am. The app is also very easy to use and incredibly helpful. Will certainly be carrying over my policy once the renewal comes around, I would literally have to be quoted under £25pcm to be persuaded to renew with another insurance provider, which will definitely not happen.
