By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

If you work from home but still need a car for errands and occasional commuting to see clients, this is the perfect product for you. You pay a reasonable upfront free to cover your car whilst it's sat on your driveway, and then pay pence per mile travelled and is billed monthly. I've already saved so much money, compared with standard insurance providers. Definitely recommend this to anyone! My only criticism is that I would like to get a tesla but miles (and their underwriters) can't insure me yet due to age (I'm 28). Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Wish I knew about By Miles before !

By miles has been great from the very start, I received excellent support when looking into quotes and once I had purchased the insurance, the team were there to help as I got up to speed with the app! The app is so simple to navigate and provides great visibility and transparency. Best car insurer

By miles is the best car insurer you can find out there, you pay for the miles you drive. I was so lucky to find By Miles in March 2020 just days before the lock down and switched to them. Switching my car insurance then was the one of the best decision I have taken recently, it saved a lot money I wasn't driving much during the lock down. I could find myself with a monthly payment of less than £5 couldn't have been better. I would recommend you without any hesitation. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Would 100% recommend ByMiles! I have saved so much money on insurance as I don’t drive a lot. The pay as you go is perfect for me! I have been using ByMiles for 2 years now and wouldn’t even bother looking at an another insurance company when my renewal comes up.
