By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Great Experiance

Have been using By Miles for our car insurance for 5 months now and are pleased we did. Refreshing to be able to pay for insurance based on consumption rather than an annual number. App tells me exactly what I have used by the journey so there are no unwanted surprises and really happy with the service provided by the customer care team with setting up the black box. I looked on a comparison website and yours was 1st on my list I rang you to explain my situation the adviser I spoke to went above and beyond to help that convinced me to choose your company as when I have taken out Insurence before weather it’s home or other advisers are helpful but never go out of there way it’s a rare quality to find these days so once you find it go with it Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

It just makes sense

While other insurance companies are taking the full amount of premium from their customers and 'may with 'conditions ' and only if the customer has made an application, pay SOME of their premium back... eventually, By Miles has got it correct from the start, pay a basic premium then by the mile for actual miles travelled.
