Excellent service saved a fortune works for me

in my first year i more than halved my years bill compared to my initial renewal quote. Sadly i had to make a claim as my car was wrote off parked outside my house - the process couldn't have been simpler or quicker - a much more pleasant experience than a previous claim with another company from incident to cash in the bank 10 days - just before xmas too when you least need the stress but i couldn't of asked for an easier experience . I'm also pleased to say claiming didnt increase my renewal either which was greatly appreciated . the insurance also comes with the added bonus of a tracker which is used to track your miles driven ( nothing more ) but that also has a diagnostic feature which helped me argue with the garage after buying my replacement car when a management light came on after a week enabling my to get the issue resolved as the were not able to fob me off as they tried to initially (saving me a huge bill ) it also lets me see where my car is - which without tempting the gods if the car was stolen i would be able to track it from the app . Great option for low mileage drivers

A great option for me as someone who works from home. Love the daily spend limit so that after a certain number of miles I remain covered but do not pay extra. The most economic option on the market. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

First time ever I did not need to change insurer!

By Miles is the first insurance company that did not try to raise my premium by an outrageous amount without any justification... It is the first time in ages I feel I can just roll on my insurance and don't need to shop around and switch. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Really flexible policy

Ive been using Bymiles for two years, recently renewing after my first two years. Its so flexible and fair. During lockdown, I paid next to nothing for my policy. My mom has recently received just £12 back from her insurance company (not ByMiles) due to lack of use. I saved 100’s. I’ll be insuring my second car with them too when it’s delivered.
