By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Hassle free, affordable insurance

This insurance is so convenient for me. I don’t get to drive as much as I’d like these days. Due to working in central london it makes more sense to use public transport. However I still rely on my car for shopping and away days and it’s great that I only get charged for when I use my car. The app is great and the customer service is fab. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

By Miles has been a revelation for me. Not only was the onboarding experience great, the customer service throughout has been exceptional too. Throughout the whole process the team at ByMiles have made everything clear and provided a product that is fair me as a customer. ByMiles deserve all the recognition they can get, other insurance companies should definitely stand up and take note. Whether they win or not, ByMiles has earned my loyalty as a customer. A great solution for infrequent drivers

I've had no issues with ByMiles since joining in June. As a casual driver, even if I go 7,000 miles this year my payments will still be less than the major insurers. The daily mileage caps are good too for those long journeys. Your journeys also show up instantly in the app so you can always keep track of your monthly costs. Another positive is everything is available in the app. Unlike other insurers where you need to access documents via the website or request by post. Over the years I have been with many insurance companies but By Miles is certainly the best. I have never come across an insurance company as fair as them. I am constantly recommending them to friends and family and they have saved me so much money as I only have to pay for the miles I use which is excellent for a low mileage driver like myself.
