Yes, a cliched title of my review but unlike other car insurance providers, By Miles, is by far the best provider I have had in over 10 years of owning a car. The customer service goes the extra mile in being available, prompt and helpful. The technology within the app and the way billing is handled is just flawless. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Great App & Saved Me Hundreds!

I never knew about a pay-per-mile insurance, and after discovering By Miles, I've saved hundreds on my car insurance. Everything about the company feels premium, from the app to even the box the mileage tracking device got delivered in! (Was super easy to install by the way). I was amazed looking at this option for my car insurance. Decided to give it a try and I am glad I did. To be more amazed, I had over driven from the daily plan which was free of cost and even I had discount for the miles. This is something unbelievable from an insurance company in the UK. I absolutely love the whole concept of By Miles - only paying for the distance you drive! All policies should work like this. And the prices are far more reasonable than any other provider I've been with over the last 25 years. No other quote came close to By Miles and that was my initial reason for choosing By Miles. However I have found that the app and the additional services provided to be flawless and will be renewing with By Miles at the next opportunity.
