By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Best insurance I've ever had!

Been with By Miles for 2 years now and saved hundreds of pounds over that time and on my last renewal, my premium went down as did my mileage rate, so this year will save even more! I have been with By Miles for just over two weeks now and honestly it's game changer, it is super easy to plug in your device, you get a notification from the app after every journey letting you know how much the journey cost, and a statement every month. Was a bit duboius to start with, thought it was too good a deal. Maybe hidden charges, bolt ons, extra fees. However nothing like that at all Flat fee for parking, pay as you go mileage and app ridiculously easy to use and follow. Straightforward and nothing hidden. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
