By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I have really enjoyed taking out a by miles insurance policy. It has been so easy to manage, but also the benefits such as the £50 free credit given at the start of the policy which really helped in reducing costs. I recently received an additional £50 by entering into the competition regarding my own experience. My sister will also be joining and I will recommend by miles to any new driver or young driver who wants a cost effective policy. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

If you don't drive much insurance can be very expensive, with buy miles you only pay for what you drive, if u do go on a long journey its capped at 150miles Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Better than the rest... By Miles!

Everything has been great with By Miles since signing up with them last year. The quote was considerably lower than any competitor and whilst I was skeptical of the tracked at first, it's been a really useful bit of kit to have in my car.
