By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I considered their By Miles approach to car insurance to be amazing.

By far the best insurance provider I have ever been with. The app is so easy to navigate, the customer support is faultless and always at hand. Pretty much everything can be managed through the app, which means you don’t need to call and contend with wait times like other providers. I think the monthly update emails are a good touch, especially through covid, it really does make you feel like a valued customer.
